Press Release: BHP to invest US$400m to address climate change

BHP today announced a five-year, US$400m Climate Investment Program to develop technologies to reduce emissions from its own operations as well as those generated from the use of its resources. BHP will also take additional measures to address Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions. The climate investment program will include investment in nature-based solutions, in addition to, and separate from, climate work of the BHP Foundation.
